Grooming Future World
Leaders™ (GFWL) develops, provides,
and manages programs to help "at risk" youth to successfully
complete their personalized goals. We encourage youth to
"think globally" and appreciate people and business cultures around
the world.
In addition to leadership and career
development, GFWL encourages youth to participate in travel
to other countries and learn to build relationships globally as well among multiple cultures of
people within their own communities.
We support the youth by providing "Centers of
Inspiration" within their communities and countries. These
centers could include, computer labs for computer based training
(e-learning, telementoring, foreign language courses, job
preparation), global health issues education sessions (example:
HIV/AIDS prevention), and self-esteem and purpose
sessions. The centers are customized based on needs of the
youth in the particular communities.
We desire to prepare our youth to not
only be successful and personally fulfilled, but to step into
leadership roles and reach out to other youth and young
adults.
