Grooming Future World Leaders
(GFWL) develops, provides, and manages programs to help "at risk" youth to successfully complete their personalized goals.  We encourage youth to "think globally" and appreciate people and business cultures around the world.

In addition to leadership and career development, GFWL encourages youth to participate in travel to other countries and learn to build relationships globally as well among multiple cultures of people within their own communities.

We support the youth by providing "Centers of Inspiration" within their communities and countries.  These centers could include, computer labs for computer based training (e-learning, telementoring, foreign language courses, job preparation), global health issues education sessions (example: HIV/AIDS prevention), and self-esteem and purpose sessions.  The centers are customized based on needs of the youth in the particular communities.

We desire to prepare our youth to not only be successful and personally fulfilled, but to step into leadership roles and reach out to other youth and young adults.

Core Objectives

  • Develop programs that are effective at promoting behaviors that result in HIV/AIDS/STD prevention

  • Offer youth and young adults opportunities to develop a lifestyle around responsibility and initiative through their participation in global mission trips and social/cultural international programs

  • Prepare youth for their future in an increasingly global economy by exposing them to current and leading edge computer technology, e-learning, and effective global communication techniques -Instill leadership development values that emphasize integrity, ethics, and team building relationships with peers from multiple cultures

  • Enable peer relationship building worldwide for youth, which could later become business relationship in their futures.

  • Customize programs that offer youth/young adults access to career-oriented, technical skills development experiences based on their individual needs and learning styles.

  • Implement a  holistic approach that considers the educational, spiritual, emotional and social style development of youth as we guide them from level 1 to Grooming Future World Leaders (GFWL) level 4
