GROOMING FUTURE WORLD LEADERS INC.

TECHNOLOGY
Corporations that reach around the world will need groomed youth and young adults to represent them one day.  The GFWL Inc young adults will rise to the occassion.

San Francisco Professional Business Women's Conference  (The first and only youth to have a booth and  do booth duty at this annual professional women's conference.)

Our youth can learn leading edge technology if corporations are willing to donate equipment.

Corporate Sponsors we need you.  We are in need of laptops, desktop computers, and funding to expose our young adults to leading edge technologies.  We employee young adults to help small businesses to develop marketing collateral and websites to promote their businesses.  This is just one of the ways that we teach youth to "give back" to the community.  So many of our small businesses are struggling to survive and by hiring our youth to learn technology and then apply what they learned to help small businesses in their local communities.

Our yourth and young adult at the Professiional Business Women Conference held in San Francisco annually.  An opportunity to learn from the top technology corporations in the world and have a booth to learn the value of communication skills and learn professional presentation skills by talking to high levels and management and other professionals.
We not only showed the youth how to present themselves at the booth, but everyone had to help set up the booth and do hours of booth duty standing up and talking to all who came by the booth.

Shirley Smith, founder of Grooming Future World Leaders Inc. co-developed the first mentor program at Hewlett Packard Co that won 4 awards for the corporation for  their community involvement.  Some student grade averages swored from failing to "B" averages in one semester of being involved in the "MENtor "Program with Hewlett Packard employees as the mentors.

We believe that mentoring takes more than one month and more than one mentor.  We believe that our young adults are unlimited in their abilities.  So we expose them to mentors who "have been there and done that" (from history & government teachers to Ambassadors of countries).
