We believe that people of all nations have something to contribute.  So we respect and look for ways to invite people of all nations to communicate and learn about each other. As well, we have fun learning the cultures songs, dances, and why they do what they do in song and dance.


INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Meet with country ambassadors, visit Fortune 500 corporation sites in various countries, experience career day (career preparation by hearing from executives who are working internationally), city and country tours to understand history , religion, health issues, and government of the local people, help and support of local youth orphanges and foster care homes, visit local schools and understand education requirements for that country, and learn about the effects of global warming in each country visited.

GLOBAL HEALTH ISSUES AVOIDANCE
There are some health issues that are affecting our youth and young adults tremendously worldwide.  So we teach prevention and avoidance of health issues as HIV/AIDS and STDs.  We feel that if our children only understood the magnitude of certain  health problems that they might choose to avoid or prevent the spread of these diseases.

GLOBAL ECONOMY
China has the #1 economny now, followed by Japan, Germany, and the United States of America.  We believe that our children want to know and need to know how each country's well being affects the other countries.  As well, what are the affects of the world economy on the availability of jobs and how does the world economy affect what use to be "careers"?  What should our youth study in school and how should they choose their major fields of study based on current and future of the local and foreign economies.    Foreign Policy Association Video:

SPIRITUAL AWARENESS
RELIGIONS OF THE WORLD AND HOW THEY AFFECT SUCCESS OF INDIVIDUALS
Learn the orgins of religions and how it affects the life styles of human beings. Youth and young adults are encouraged to read daily inspirational books.  Bible studies are held weekly with object lessons, games, and skits to help apply what is written to daily usual life situations.  As well, GFWL Inc. teams up with international missionaries to participate in their scheduled trips where there is also opportunity to help less fortunate youth from orphanages, foster homes and single parent family homes.  While in the countries, GFWL Inc young adults will take time to learn about the religion, culture, history, economy, government, and how to conduct business within the local areas they are visiting with missionaries.

CAREERS and EDUCATION
What type career do we choose based on the current global economy and our local ecomony.  What corporations already have employees who reach around the world to do their job.  How did these individuals prepare for their jobs? what is the definition of success in the job?  How do you build relationships and collaboration opportunities between nations? Team building skills and team projects will be encouraged in these areas to help prepare the young adults for their future working within major corporations and building their own businesses.
