Mentoring requires committment and longevity in a relationship. Exposing our children to global concerns helps them to expand their thinking.  The more we can expose them to the better.

Mentoring can be fun coupled with classes.  No one was exicted simply watching snow skiing on TV, but once they took one lesson, they loved the sport and was ready to advance beyond bunny hills.

Lake Tahoe     Our board members also mentor and join in th fun.


Allow giftings to be shared at an early age before large audiences. Exposure to singing and talking before large groups prepares them for more challenging speaking and singing assignments as an adult.  There are over 100 naitons represented in this setting.  Allow youth to form relationships with people of other cultures.  This bonding allows for mutual respect of multiple cultures.

We have advisors who have been there and done that. We would like to allow our youth to benefit from the knowledge of others and accompany the advisors on their next missions trip, business trip, or culture awareness trips.
